With our most accurate instruments, the lasertracker and alignment laser, we are capable of performing measurements with an accuracy op to 0.01mm.
For example, we check machined parts, on the one hand for an independent purchase, on the other to verify whether parts – manufactured at different locations – will fit at their final location. Cranes come in many different sizes and types: mobile, offshore, container cranes and many more.
We actually have measuring experience with all types of cranes. We often check alignment, but also determine deformation under load. Depending on the accuracy requirement, we use the most suitable and efficient instrument.
Almost all cranes work in combination with a crane track and / or cat tracks. Here too, the alignment is critical and must be checked against applicable standards such as NEN / DIN / FEM. We can fully take care of the measurement and testing.
